Be part of the Silent Auction
We're looking for people to assist with solicitations, donation intake, setup (including bundling items for displays), and event-night support. Send us an email to find out more and we'll put you in touch with our event coordinators.
THEATER
Spring Musical: March 5-7
Show support, before and after - If you have a knack for construction, costumes/sewing, makeup/hair, marketing to the community, or any other myriad skill that could be put to good use for the Spring Musical, let us know! We will send a Signup Genius out for specific opportunities but we love having help ahead of time.
CHOIR
March Choir Concert: March 17
Backstage Adult - help supervise any student needs that arise while Ms. Taylor is on stage.
Help the Encore Board
We can always use an extra hand or two! - You can be part of the behind-the-scenes work even if you can't commit to meetings every month. Communications, committee discussions, researching information, tech work, connecting us with friendly businesses or organizations we can team up with for creative support ideas, etc.
Join us in supporting the LHS Performing Arts Department and all our students by volunteering! Check out the list below for examples of how you can help. We'd love to have you join us in whatever capacity is best for you!
Concessions (sales, food donations, etc.)
Ticket sales at events
Party Planning coordination (after parties, awards celebrations, etc.)
Creative skills (graphic/web design, photography, crafty tasks like cast boards, sewing for costumes, construction, etc.)

All volunteers that will be around students must register and submit to a background check via LPS at the following link.

If you have registered as a volunteer in the past, you may already have an active volunteer account with LPS. Their system will notify you when to Re-Verify your volunteer profile and go through another background check.
