This program provides capacity development to ALL Lupong Tagapamayapa members, other barangay officials, and other KP Practitioners to scale-up their knowledge and skills in the effective performance of their duties and functions in resolving barangay disputes.
AKKAW
AKKAW stands for Advancing Knowledge SKills and Attitude at the Workplace. This program shall provide capacity development interventions to Provincial and Field Officers/personnel to increase productivity and improve its quality performance. In addition, the program’s title was derived from the term AKKAW /ak-káw/ which is an expression used by the people of Aurora province in multiple ways. More frequently, it is used to exclaim amazement or wonder. The DILG-AKKAW will also motivate the employees to strive for excellence through undergoing training. Moreover, strengthened internal governance capacity translates into the competency framework adopted by the Department to build the capacities of its people. This program will be for both the LGOOs and Non-LGOOs and will cover the 3 types of competencies namely: Core Competency; Leadership Competency; and Functional Competency.

BIBOTANTE is a combination of the Filipino terms “bibo” which means “active” and “botante” which means voter. It is an information and education campaign program initiated by TAMBULI. It shall serve as an avenue for information dissemination and advocacy campaigns to achieve secure and fair elections and promote a high turnout of voters in their respective areas.

SEEDS
SEEDS stands for Sustaining Efficient and Effective Delivery of Service Towards Accountable and Transparent Governance.
It is an orientation on DILG programs to discuss updates and issuances, as well as to address issues and concerns on the delivery of said services.
PREPARE
AURORA, HANDA KA BA? Preparedness and Resiliency Enhancement: Promoting Accurate Response during Emergency (PREPARE)
is a series of capacity development interventions that aim to enhance disaster preparedness and adaptive capacity of local government units and the community in facing and responding to disaster events.
PEACE” stands for Performance Enhancement Performance and Compliance Evaluation. Primarily, it aims to improve the capability of local government units (LGUs) at all levels in ensuring and maintaining peace and order and public safety within their locality by strengthening their respective peace and order and anti-drug abuse councils. This include the provision of the following: series of capacity development (CAPDEV) interventions; technical assistance; monitoring and evaluations (M&E); and awards and recognition, among others. With this, we envisioned to sustain the high functionality of the councils and to cause the development of innovations that will continuously enhance their performance above and beyond their legal mandates.
AN ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN THROUGH USAPANG DILG: GABAY SA PAMAHALAANG LOKAL RADIO PROGRAM
USAPANG DILG: Gabay sa Pamahalaang Lokal with tagline “Ikaw at Ako, Makalokal Tayo”, a sub-Local Governance Resource Center (TAMBULI) initiative, is an advocacy program that aims to institutionalize transparency, accountability, and awareness by providing citizens with information and knowledge on national and local government initiatives and programs in promoting good local governance. This, in turn, would eventually translate into building communities with an empowered citizenry that is a bedrock of democracy and a progressive nation. The Season 2 Program will feature a series of sessions held on Fridays from January to December 2023

PLOGGING: KALUSUGAN AY UNAHIN, KAPALIGIRAN AY LINISIN is a movement in Aurora to cultivate a healthy lifestyle through outdoor exercises while simultaneously caring for our environment in support of the Kalinisan sa Bagong Pilipinas Program. Likewise, it is envisioned to be a proactive approach under the Prevention and Health Promotion Pillar of the Buhay Ingatan Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program that can divert the attention of the vulnerable sectors from illegal drugs and encourage them to fully focus on their well-being and to the positive contributions they can make to their respective communities.
