These systems utilize digital tools such as QR codes, Google Sheets, and Gmail to improve accessibility, monitoring, documentation, and automated notifications.
The Equipment Inventory and Borrowing System, LGMED Borrow360, enables users to log borrowed items through QR codes, track borrowed equipment, send email notifications for borrowing confirmations and overdue reminders, and automatically generate the Request for Release of Equipment Form for equipment brought outside the office.ย

Cagayan de Oro City, April 15 โThe regional online assessment, validation, and calibration for this yearโs Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) have officially concluded, marking the culmination of a rigorous multi-day evaluation process across participating barangays in the region.
Through a systematic and criteria-based assessment, barangays were evaluated on their efficiency in operations, effectiveness in amicably settling disputes in line with the Katarungang Pambarangay, and the innovation and resourcefulness demonstrated by their respective Lupong Tagapamayapa. The availability of facilities and the level of financial and non-financial support further underscored each barangayโs capacity to sustain responsive and accessible justice mechanisms at the grassroots level.

The validation covers the verification of required documents and supporting evidence related to the implementation of the Katarungang Pambarangay, as well as the provision of feedback highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement prior to the finalization and endorsement of qualified regional nominees to the national level.
