Project TIBAY (Tulong at Inisyatibo para sa Barangays) is a pro-active approach to reinforce the strength and functionality of Barangay-based Institutions (BBIs) by focusing on four key pillars: Policy Support, Capacity Building, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Community Engagement.
