The Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) officially launches Project SIGLA (System for Information Governance, Learning, and Analytics)—our centralized digital platform designed to improve access, organization, and utilization of LGMED information and resources.

This website now serves as the central repository of LGMED records, official files, directories, and relevant data to ensure ease of access, consistency, and convenience in navigation for all users. It houses key LGMED program links, monitoring and reporting portals, calendars of activities, and reference materials, providing a one-stop platform for both internal coordination and external engagement.

Project SIGLA also functions as a repository of LGMED innovations, capturing good practices, tools, frameworks, and data-driven initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making and continuous learning. By strengthening information governance and knowledge sharing, SIGLA enables more efficient monitoring, improved analytics, and informed policy and program development.

Through this platform, LGMED reinforces its commitment to transparency, institutional learning, and service excellence—ensuring that information works for governance, learning, and impact.
