BATA143 (Building Advocacy, Trust & Action for the Love of Children) initiative aims to strengthen child-friendly local governance in Eastern Visayas by enhancing the functionality and coordination of child-related mechanisms under the DILG. It is a strategic initiative designed to ensure existing systems work cohesively. The initiative’s framework is built on three components – Reframe, Reinforce, relearn– to address systemic gaps and promote a unified approach to child welfare.
