Your Split 75% = $6000 - $1500 = $4500

Broker Split = $6000 x 40% = $1500
Broker Referral = $6000 x 20% = $1200
Your Split = $6000 - $1500(LFR) - $1200(LFR REFERRAL) = $3300
EXAMPLE: Mary is a lead from Zillow FLEX buying a home for $200,000. Commission is 3%. Zillow FLEX Fee = 35%.
TOTAL COMMISSION: $6000
Broker Split = $6000 x 25% = $1500
Zillow Split = $6000 x 35% = $2100
Your Split = $6000 - $1500(LFR) - $2100(Zillow) = $2400
