Hi! My name is Duncan McIntosh, if we have not met, I am a proud Lexton local of
roughly 8 months. My partner Molly and I purchased a property here and; have not
looked back since, falling in love with the lifestyle of Lexton.
I’m here to introduce a community led initiative run by the Lexton Community Hall –
“Digital Drop In”.
As a current Information Technology professional, I have spent many years providing
hands-on technical support within government departments. This work has granted
me experience in a range of computer and technology-related issues, such as:
Diagnosing and resolving both software & hardware issues
Configuring new devices to enable them for staff, friends and family.
Assisting people with all skill levels gain confidence to use technology
effectively.
Converting technical information into easy-to-follow guides that can be utilised
by anyone.
As part of the Community Hall’s initiative “Digital Drop In”, I am pleased to volunteer
my time and expertise to support members of the local Lexton community by offering free I.T
assistance through the hall.
Whether you need help with your computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet or any other
electronic devices. I can provide friendly, patient, and practical support with everyday
technology challenges.
I will attempt to resolve any query to the best of my ability. If the issue cannot be
resolved, I will provide guidance on the next best steps.
My goal is to help people better understand and use their devices, solve technical
problems, and make technology more accessible for everyone.
I’m looking forward to producing a service Lexton can be proud of and provide
assistance to anyone who needs it. Thank you!
