Code of Conduct
About the Code of Conduct
In order to create a welcoming and inclusive space, the LESSS Conference has adopted this Code of Conduct and requires that everyone participating in the conference adhere to it.
Conference organizers, attendees, and participants are expected to follow the following guiding principles:
All participants bring value to the experience, regardless of seniority or title
Assume positive intentions; avoid assumptions
There is no one-size-fits all solution; however, we can learn from each other’s experiences and make adaptations for our particular needs
Make space, take space; be cognizant of your voice and who might not be heard
Uphold the Code of Conduct for the community; we all have a responsibility to do the work of inclusion
