Nestled at the end of our garden on the site of a former open-sided barn, the cottage is a newly built timber-framed property with a traditional slate roof, offering 55 m² (~600 sq ft) of living space. Its fully glazed façade opens completely onto the surrounding greenery, flooding the interior with natural light. The building blends seamlessly into the history of the estate, a former wine-producing property that once housed the Château's winery.

On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge. Thanks to full-height vertical blinds, the lounge can be closed off and converted into an additional bedroom, offering flexible accommodation to suit your needs. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a desk and sofa leads to a separate bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

The cottage is fully air-conditioned and offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, along with a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped (with the exception of a dishwasher, which will be installed soon), allowing you to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay.

Over the coming months, the landscaping and groundworks at the rear of the garden will be completed.

A large shade sail will also be installed above the terrace, providing additional comfort and protection from the sun.
