LEGO EV3 Robotics Camp 2019
Robodog Camp (grades 5-8)
The two sessions of Robodog camp is designed for all levels of experience with robots. This camp is intended to challenge students in a variety of tasks involved around building, coding, and problem solving skills. Come ready to learn how to build, how to code, and how to push yourself beyond your comfort zones.
Are you going to be in grades 5-8 grade next year? Are you someone interested in presentations, building, designing, programming, making props, research and developing new solutions to problems in the world, and making new friends all at the same time? If you answered YES!, then you need to come the Robodogs Summer Robotics Camp.
We are so glad that you are interested in joining our camps. We have been running this camp for over 8 years and over time we have developed a camp that excites students to work through problem solving and coding.
Each year we develop new challenges to keep things fresh. We offer a variety of challenges that meet the needs of students who are brand new to robotics with zero experience to those who have years of experience.
We believe in working together to challenge students. Our camp ensures that each student works with the robot as well as the programming. We have plenty of robots to meet the numbers of students. We operate in a 1:1 student to robot ratio where each student will have their own robot to program and build. We will mix in team challenges, but we believe that each student should be able to bring their own ideas to life.
This camp is open to any student from any school. We want any student to have the chance to learn to program and problem solve using LEGO EV3 robots.
The camp is ran during the first weeks of June.

Sumobot Camp (grades 3-8)
We will also be hosting one session of Sumobots camp. This camp is designed to allow students to build a robot and battle other robots in our sumo arena. Come ready to build, program, and challenge your friends in some head to head robot action.
Are you going to be in grades 3-8 grade next year? Are you someone interested in BattleBots on TV and YouTube?
This camp is designed to provide each participant their own LEGO EV3 Mindstorms kit to build their own customized robot to enter the dojo and battle other participants.
Which robot will reign supreme? Time will time on our final bracket challenge.
