Animal Law and Welfare in Hong Kong

When a course is being offered at Legal Beagle, we contribute a portion of it to an animal rights agency located in Hong Kong.

Sara Tsui, who is a partner at Khoo and Co. Solicitors, is the main instructor of the course. She also teaches at Hong Kong City University where she educated students on different topics such as Law of Tort, Animal Law, Hong Kong Legal System and Banking Law. She is currently Universal Prestige Inc. Ltd.’s program director and Asia Director of institute of Critical Animal Studies. She is one of the three people at HKSAR to be a Legal Consultant for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She is also a well-known writer for many legislative articles.
