COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Legacy Coach > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple, so we cannot cancel or refund a subscription for you. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
I bought Premium but the app does not show it.
In the app, go to More > Restore purchases. It will tell you what it found. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to More > Delete account & data. This permanently removes everything on your phone and, if you signed in, your account and everything stored on our server. To keep a copy first, use More > Export my data.
I lost my data after deleting or reinstalling the app.
Your workouts, meals and progress photos are stored on your phone. If you signed in with Apple and turned on backup, your weigh-ins and check-ins are also stored on our server and come back when you sign in again. Everything else can only be restored from a backup you exported earlier, so use More > Export my data from time to time.
My calorie target looks wrong.
Targets are estimates based on your profile. Go to More > My profile and check your weight, goal and activity level are up to date. If it still looks wrong, email us with a screenshot.
Apple Health is not syncing.
Apple Health sync is part of Premium. On your iPhone, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps > Legacy Coach, and turn on the data you want to share. iOS will not ask twice, so this is the only place to change it.
How do I start the setup guide again?
In the app, go to More > Setup guide.
