Located on the 30th floor, this Buckhead skyrise loft has incredible panoramic views of the city. A Revit model is provided for the client to best visualize their remodeled kitchen. The remodel will optimize utilization of the space while reflecting the client’s style with masculine finishes and accents. Alterations were made to the floorplan to add cabinetry along the wall and disguise the bedroom entrance, as well as having the addition of a custom kitchen island.

Xa Xan is located on a plot in Maricopa County- Scottsdale, Arizona at the intersection of E Camelback Rd and N 73rd St. To preserve significant indigenous Maricopa traditions, especially by serving authentic foods, encouraging family-style seating displaying historical artworks, and utilizing sustainable building methods and materials to protect the sacred land. Utilization of the endangered Maricopa/Pipaash language will be incorporated throughout signage and menus.

The goal of this project was to create a lighting plan and schedule with a variety of lighting options with consideration of glare, sustainability, and productivity. LED lights, dimmable fixtures, and environmentally conscious products were specified. A lighting plan and lumen method worksheet show where and how many lumens are appropriate, given the square footage of the meeting space.

Inside this large home, a young girl’s bedroom is in need of new furniture, light fixtures, wallpaper and décor. All that the client requested was that we incorporate a ceiling suspended birdcage chair that they specified. Various design concepts were proposed to the client, who ultimately chose Proposal 1, the 'Pink & White Skies' design. A furniture & floor plan consistent with the client’s request for pink and white furnishings (along with gold accents) has been prepared to help the client better visualize and approve the specifications of the space.

This client reached out for a simple consultation on furnishing their upstairs loft bedroom. They specifically asked for furniture to compliment the breathtaking city view as well as combine hard modern materials with soft luxury.
