We’re Wendy and Chad, and we’re excited to begin this new chapter by sharing our special place with you. The Lighthouse at Leedstown has always been our happy place, and our dream is to make it a gathering space where others can celebrate life’s most meaningful moments and create memories that last a lifetime.

Located on Leedstown Road in Westmoreland County, right on the banks of the stunning Rappahannock River, our venue offers breathtaking sunsets and a peaceful waterfront setting that makes every event feel unforgettable.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, graduation party, celebration of life, wedding reception, company picnic, birthday party, or another special gathering, we’d love to host you. We work with each group to create a contract tailored to your specific event needs so your celebration is exactly how you envision it.
