Problem:
Discouraging responses: The judgmental culture is prevalent in the current society. It could happen as early as in elementary school. Students might hesitate to ask questions if they have been repeatedly teased by their classmates or without receiving affirmation from teachers after they have asked the question.
Collaborating with teachers: The turn-around time for teachers to reply to an email could take up to 24 to 48 hours. Students who do revision and at night might not be able to get immediate response or help.
Lack of resources: Time, money and resources can be limited. Some parents can see the value of sending their children to tutor classes, but lack of money and time hinder their opportunity to attend the class. More importantly, student’s curiosity and thirst for knowledge are not addressed properly in class as there is limited opportunity and time for them to ask many follow-up questions.
