You can share files using Google Drive. Drive is like an online filing cabinet where you can save documents, pictures, and videos. When you share a document with someone, you can both see the document. You can both make changes to the document at the same time.
Steps to Share a File:
1. Go to Google Drive (drive.google.com) and Find the file you want to share.
2. Right-click the file and choose “Share.”
3. Enter the person’s email or copy the link.
4. Choose who can edit or view the file.
Edit means that anyone who has access to the document can make changes.
View means that they can look at it but not change it.
5. Click “Send” or share the link. Now, the person can open the file from anywhere!
