MEasure words

Measure words or classifiers are used to quantify nouns in Chinese. They are typically placed between the numeral and the noun that you want to modify, just like the above examples. In this class, you are only expected to acquire measures words that will be used to order food and make reservations.

A small tip: The most useful one is "个". If you forget how to use other measure words in real life when you try to order food or make reservations, you can use "个“.
