We believe support works best when it is clear, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice. Our approach follows a simple yet rigorous four-step workflow, ensuring every learner receives support that is personalised, measurable, and sustainable.
ADIM: Our Unique 4-Step Workflow
Assess → Document (ILP) → Intervene→ Monitor
We begin by developing a holistic understanding of the learner—academically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially.
This stage may include:
Personality assessments
IQ and cognitive profiling
Multiple Intelligence (MI) mapping
Academic diagnostics and screening tools
Behavioural and functional observations
External referrals to Specialists (speech therapy, occupational therapy, clinical psychology) where needed
The goal is not to label, but to identify strengths, needs, and learning barriers clearly and responsibly.
Based on assessment findings, we design a Personalised Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that is practical and achievable.
Each ILP includes:
Clear priority goals (academic, behavioural, social, or life-skills based)
Recommended strategies and accommodations
Classroom and home support guidelines
Session structure and timelines
Measurable success indicators
ILPs are written in clear, parent- and teacher-friendly language, ensuring everyone involved understands the plan and their role in it.
If you think your child deserves an ILP, get in touch with Learning Bridge right away by filling the registration form.
Interventions are delivered through targeted, evidence-based strategies tailored to the learner’s profile. These may include:
1-on-1 or small group sessions (book a FREE session here )
Academic skill-building (literacy, numeracy, subject-specific support)
Executive functioning and study skills
Behaviour regulation and social-emotional learning
Life skills, self-care, and independence training
Classroom accommodations and modifications
We work closely with teachers and parents to ensure interventions are realistic, consistent, and aligned with the school context. You can know more about our partnerships with schools here.
Progress is tracked through ongoing observation, data collection, and feedback.
This stage includes:
Periodic reviews of goals and outcomes
Adjustments to strategies where required
Follow-up assessments if needed
Continued guidance for parents and teachers
Monitoring ensures that support remains responsive, effective, and developmentally appropriate as the child grows.
Through strategic partnerships, we train school staff and educators so that interventions can be embedded into daily classroom practice and sustained locally—even beyond our direct involvement.
We provide regular, non-technical progress updates for parents and schools, focusing on:
What is improving
What still needs support
What practical steps can be taken next
No jargon. No confusion. Just clarity.
To meet diverse family and school needs, we offer flexible modes of service delivery:
In-person sessions
Blended models (school + home support)
Online or virtual sessions
This flexibility allows continuity of support regardless of location or schedule. To book a meeting as per your convenience click here.
