Sacrificing and scoring (old stuff)

I wrote this some time ago. I'm just putting this here "as-is". If there is sufficient good feedback about this, I might consider revising it/rewriting it for further clarity.

Just to reiterate for partscores. 

if you are vul, plan to go down at most 1 trick to make it worthwhile.

if you are non-vul, you may plan to go down 2 tricks.

You will rarely be doubled for penalty.
