MOTIVATION & PROGRESS

"Motivation arises and develops with the experience of being able to accomplish something and to make progress."

The prerequisite for the development of motivation is the experience of self-efficacy, social inclusion and autonomy. These three types of experiences show in concrete action and in ability: Comepetences and skills include personal, social and professional aspects. Motivation promotes the development of competences and competences nourish the development of motivation. The instruments "learning journal", "feedback" and "autograph collection" are central to the didactics of Dialogic Learning. They help to, simultaneously, demand and promote all three aspects of competences mentioned above.
