EFFORT & SUCCESS

"No effort without success, no success without effort."

The distinction between product and process entails a distinction in evaluation. The product dimension focuses on deficits. On the other hand, the process dimension searches for qualities; successful approaches are made conscious. During the process of understanding, rewarding one's own work has a motivating effect and the indication of promising actions strengthens the competence to act. Therefore, an open assignment must be set in such a way that the weakest stay on the ball and the strongest can go deep. If a sufficiently intensive discussion is documented in the learning journal, the student receives a sufficient assessment; with clearly recognizable strengths and qualities, there will be awarded a correspondingly higher rating.
