A very brief introduction

I am a PhD student (2023-2027) at the Center for Research in Cognition & Neurosciences (CRCN) of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium), as a member of the Consciousness, Cognition and Computation Group. My research mainly focuses on the role of consciousness in affective processes.

Quick note on spelling and pronunciation of my name

My first name can be spelled Lea or Léa, I do not mind. I write it ليا and Лея, in the alphabets I know. For my last name, it's pronounced "mon-koo-see". Avoid "mon-soo-see" please, as it means "my worries" in French.
