How is it different?
If you're pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant, or even postpartum, I'm not here to tell you that your journey will be complication-free. Because realistically, nobody can.
But, what I can do is give you the tools to increase the likelihood that these (and pretty much all the other) stages of your life will go more smoothly than if you were to do nothing at all (and essentially stay where you are right now).
My aim is to get you feeling your best no matter what stage of life you are going through, and to empower you to be able to sustain that for the rest of your life!
How do I know this is real?
Recent research has shown that women who are more active during their pregnancy not only suffer less from pregnancy-related symptoms but also fewer complications when giving birth when compared with inactive pregnant women.
I can advocate for this as I stayed active throughout my entire pregnancy and not only did I enjoy my pregnancy and labour experience, but I also recovered well in the postpartum stage.
Staying active in general, whether pregnant or not, has also been shown to improve both quality of life and longevity. Who wouldn't want that?
That's why I want to share my knowledge with you so that you can start living your best life, for the rest of your life.
Don’t get me wrong, there will be days where you struggle and come across hurdles. But that’s when you learn the most. And having someone who’s been through it themselves to support you can really make the difference.
Why should I trust you?
I know how you feel. I had those days (hell, even weeks!) where I didn’t want to get out of bed for anything.
What I have learnt over the years, though, is doing something is better than doing nothing. And this can actually improve how you feel (especially when pregnant).
I want to empower you to learn how to sustain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle through the power of training, nutrition and daily habits, no matter what stage of life you are going through.
That’s why I don’t tie you into a contract. Although I suggest a minimum starting period of 3 months, you have full freedom to leave whenever you want and feel ready to.

How does it work?
Your bespoke plan will be based on your starting point and initial goals.
I will set you up with a personalised training program, provide guidance on nutrition and help you to build healthy habits tailored to your lifestyle.
We will then work together to track your progress and make adjustments where necessary.
You'll complete weekly check-ins so I can continue to support you and we will have a monthly video catch up to review your goals.
