We believe that Scotland can and should do more in the global fight against climate change and the environmental crises we face. We want to make sure that Scotland goes beyond its obligations under the Paris Agreement to reduce emissions and that it does so in a way that is evidence-based, effective, and consistent with the rule of law, international law, and Scotland's Climate Change Act 2019.
