LBW Thrive is a grassroots, community-based initiative developed by Lurleen B. Wallace Community College to provide one-to-one mentorship and support to empower students overcome barriers, build resilience, and persist through earning post-secondary credentialling.

PROMISE
The LBW Promise Program supports high school seniors. The team collaborates with local school faculty, Career Coaches, the LBW Success Coach to help students in their pursuit of post-secondary credentialling.
Seniors who choose to participate are paired with a Community Guide who supports them with their transition from high school into their next best place.
SAINT 2 SAINT
The LBW Saint2Saint Program pairs incoming freshman students with current LBW students to ease the transition to college specifically during their first two semesters.
Guides remind students to meet deadlines, connect students to resources and most importantly, encourage the them to reach their full potential.
