Laya’s Haven provides Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and Patient Advocacy (BCPA). While my work is evidence-based and follows the rigorous national standards set by the NBME, I am not a licensed physician, nutritionist, or mental health therapist. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition.
My role is to partner with you in behavior change, system navigation, and lifestyle integration. I frequently collaborate with medical teams and will provide referrals to licensed clinical professionals should your needs fall outside my professional scope of practice.
