Staff Led Professional Development

In this professional development session, I designed, created, and presented the Google Classroom updates for the current year. I created a Google Classroom solely for this purpose and provided many resources for my colleagues to use throughout the year. I also provided personalized technology recommendations based on individual educator need.

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coach

• Leads a committee of educators based on behavioral data to make school-wide decisions to both reward positive behavior and troubleshoot unexpected behavior.

• Shares behavioral data with school stakeholders and uses this data to make data-informed decisions on school-wide procedures.

Girls on the Run Coach

• Leads a small group of elementary-aged girls through goal-setting lessons.

• Collaborates with other co-coaches to create a positive and encouraging learning environment for participants.
