What are my goals in the classroom?

• Create a good dynamic and relationship between my mentor and myself. 

• Watch students and observe their behavior in class so I can get a good idea of how the class operates/teacher operates before fully being immersed in it. 

• Start building relationships with the students and getting to know them. 

• `Figure out how to gain genuine trust and respect from students.
