Scroll Momentum ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices for the Scroll Momentum application (the "App").

Scroll Momentum is designed to function entirely locally on your device. We do not use analytics, we do not track your usage, and we do not transmit your personal information, app usage data, or device state to any external servers.

To function correctly as a home screen launcher and provide launcher features, the App may require certain local device permissions:

App Visibility: Required to scan and display the list of installed applications on your device so you can launch them. This data is processed only locally on your device.

Storage/Photos: Required if you choose to set a custom wallpaper from your gallery.

Device Status: The App may read the current state of your battery, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, airplane mode, and other local device status needed to display launcher information and status readouts. This information is shown only to you and is not logged or transmitted.

Camera: Required only if you use camera shortcut or flashlight features. This access is used locally on your device and is not used to collect or transmit photos, video, or personal data.

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics providers, advertising networks, or tracking software.

The App may open third-party apps or system pages only when you explicitly choose to do so, such as launching another app, opening system settings, or opening the Google Play Store.

Our App does not contain content restricted to children and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
