* **CAMERA & FLASHLIGHT:** Used solely by the Optic Scanner HUD and Optic Beacon utilities to display the camera viewfinder and toggle your device's built-in LED flashlight. No camera feeds or media files are recorded, stored, or transmitted.
* **INTERNET:** Required to communicate with the Google Gemini API (for the Gemini AI Core neural terminal dialogs) and to load video streams.
### 3. Third-Party Services
* **Google Gemini API:** When using the Neural Terminal, your textual prompts are processed by Google's Gemini API. This data is handled in accordance with Google's API Privacy Terms. No other tracking tools or third-party analytics SDKs are embedded in the application.

Because your personal data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information depends on your device's native security controls. We encourage you to use device encryption and screen locks to safeguard your device.
