Moltbuuk ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Moltbuuk Radio mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App. By using Moltbuuk Radio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Moltbuuk Radio is designed with minimal data collection. We do not require user accounts, registration, or login.

Automatically Collected Information:

Device Information: Our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, IP address, and general device information for the purpose of serving advertisements.
App Usage Data: We store a local app open counter on your device using SharedPreferences to manage ad display frequency. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Audio Streaming Data: When you play radio content, your device connects to a third-party streaming server (Zeno.fm). Your IP address may be visible to the streaming provider as part of the standard internet connection. We do not control or access this data.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Contacts, photos, or files
Financial or payment information
Microphone, camera, or sensor data

Third-Party Services

Moltbuuk Radio uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob — Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This may include advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information for personalized or non-personalized ads.

Children's Privacy

Moltbuuk Radio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us.

When serving ads to users who may be under the age of consent, Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized advertisements in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable regulations.

Data Storage and Security

All locally stored preferences (such as the app open counter and auto-play setting) are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to external servers. We do not operate backend servers or databases that store user information.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. You may clear locally stored app data at any time through your device's application settings.

Advertising

Moltbuuk Radio displays interstitial advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads may appear periodically during app usage. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
