She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Keimyung University.
She is interested in how brain function and pharmacological interventions influence behavior and cognition, with a particular focus on the relationship between neurotransmitters and emotional and cognitive regulation.
She will begin her master’s program in March 2026 and aims to further deepen her understanding of basic research.
We are excited to welcome her as part of our lab community and look forward to learning and growing together.
Sehun Choi is currently a medical student in the M.D. program at Daegu Catholic University School of Medicine.
He has a strong interest in coding and computational approaches to biomedical research. In our lab, he is involved in transcriptomic data analysis and animal experiments.
His research interests include understanding how brain function and pharmacological interventions shape behavior, with a particular focus on combining computational analysis with experimental neuroscience.
We are excited to welcome him as part of our lab community and look forward to learning and growing together.
Nayeon Koo is currently a medical student in the M.D. program at Daegu Catholic University School of Medicine.
She has a strong interest in depression research and aims to better understand the biological mechanisms underlying mood disorders. In our lab, she will be involved in animal experiments and molecular biology experiments.
Her research interests include investigating how changes in brain function and molecular signaling contribute to depressive behaviors and emotional regulation.
We are excited to welcome her as part of our lab community and look forward to learning and growing together.
