Digital Rights and Responsibility is the freedoms people have while online. Everyone is intitled to their freedom online just like in the real world.
Part of the rights and responsibilities online are telling adults when something is not right. If someone is cyberbullying and you see it, you should let a teacher know. It is important to protect people online as well as in the real world.
A student notices one of his classmates being cyberbullied online. He talks to the cyberbully and lets them know what they are doing is not okay.
He informs them that they do have some freedom online, but it is their right and responsibility to take care of people as well. The student then goes and tells a trusted adult about the cyberbully.
