Week Three
After the failure of the second version of the chatbot in Tensorflow with the Transformer, with the overly apologetic chatbot, saying that it didn't want to hurt anybody, I decided to do some further research into emotionally supportive chatbots. I came across a couple of tutorials, namely:
Build a Chatbot and Deploy to Slack
And also the initial build of the emotionally supportive chatbot, using RASA, an open source conversational chatbot AI platform. Slack can be integrated into the mobile app using a service such as Hybrid, so that the end user does not need to exit the mobile app in order to chat to the robot.
