L'Annam currently accepts payments solely via Direct Bank Transfer. By utilizing bank transfers, we eliminate third-party gateway fees, allowing us to invest entirely in the quality of our fragrances and the premium packaging that arrives at your door.

2. The Checkout & Transfer Process

Completing your purchase is simple and secure. Please follow these steps at checkout:

1. Fill in your order details
   Provide your contact and shipping information through our order form.

2. Complete your payment
   Use the QR code provided to make a bank transfer.

3. Submit your order
   Once everything is completed, submit the form and you will receive a copy of your order; if not, please contact our hotline at (+84) 123 456 789.

3. Order Reservation Timeframe

Because our fragrances are crafted in limited batches and demand is high, we can only reserve your items for a limited time. We kindly request that you complete your bank transfer right away when placing your order online.

4. Payment Verification & Order Confirmation

Once you have completed the transfer, there is no need to send us a receipt unless specifically requested. Our finance team continuously monitors incoming transactions during business hours.

5. Currency and Pricing Transparency

All prices listed on the L'Annam website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are fully inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the exact final amount you will pay. We guarantee there are no hidden processing fees or unexpected surcharges.

6. Payment Security

Because we use Direct Bank Transfer, your financial security is guaranteed by your own banking institution. L'Annam does not collect, process, or store any sensitive credit card data, passwords, or personal banking credentials on our website or servers.
