• Premium Packaging: To protect the delicate glass bottles and preserve the temperature of the perfume, your order is securely wrapped in shock-absorbent, eco-friendly materials before being placed in our signature shipping box.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our boutique, delivery times will vary slightly depending on your location:

• Major Cities (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang): 1 to 2 business days.

4. Track Your Journey

We know how exciting it is to wait for a new fragrance. As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link, allowing you to monitor your perfume’s journey in real-time.

5. Important Note on Fragrance Shipping

Because high-quality perfumes contain cosmetic-grade alcohol, they are legally classified as "Dangerous Goods" for air transportation. While this does not affect the safety of your product, it means that our couriers strictly utilize secure ground transport networks. This ensures compliance with transport safety laws, though it may occasionally add a slight delay to express deliveries traveling across the country.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare event that your tracking information hasn't updated for several days, or your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will open an investigation with the courier and, if a package is confirmed lost or the perfume is damaged in transit, we will dispatch a complimentary replacement to you without hesitation.
