Fragrance lasts longer on hydrated skin. Before applying your perfume, use an unscented lotion or body oil. This helps “lock in” the scent and slows down evaporation.
Your body heat helps diffuse the fragrance naturally. Apply your perfume on areas like:
Wrists
Neck
Behind the ears
Inner elbows
These “pulse points” gently release the scent throughout the day.
It might feel natural to rub your wrists together after spraying, but this actually breaks down the fragrance faster. Instead, simply spray and let it dry on its own.
Fabric holds scent longer than skin. A light spray on your clothes (especially collars or sleeves) can help extend the longevity of your fragrance. Just be careful with delicate fabrics like silk or white clothing.
Hold the bottle about 15–20 cm away from your skin when spraying. This helps distribute the scent more evenly instead of concentrating it in one spot.
Even the most long-lasting fragrances may soften over time. Bringing a small bottle with you allows for a quick refresh during the day, especially before an important moment or evening outing.
