Celestian is a language that has been translated now for many years given how old the world is. In fact, you'll probably find a couple different translated tables in the old Wizard101 Central forums dating to the early 2010s. Most of the monuments in Celestia--towers, floors, paintings, books, ruins--are literally covered in Celestian writing. The Celestians seemed to be obsessed with preserving their knowledge of the cosmos in all different types of media. Here are some examples:
The Grand Astrolabe in the Celestia Base Camp
The Serpent Zodiac Tome from the District of the Stars
However, the Celestian language is found all throughout the Spiral, especially found in miscellaneous book shelves. The most notable example of Celestian writing depicted outside of Celestia that comes to mind is a painting found in Qyburn Stellargaze's office in the Arcanum.

The Celestian writing system, like most other languages of the Spiral, can be directly translated into English and does not have any distinction between upper or lower case letters. What is interesting about Celestian, though, is that the writing system includes limited punctuation and spaces. I didn't include the symbol for empty spaces because I found it rather redundant, but did include the notation for periods. Here's the translated chart I created:
