Our company has been awarded various remodeling contracts with Beaumont Housing Authority since 2011, and also completed over one hundred commercial projects with HUD. We have completed residential and commercial projects since 2008. Some of our large scale projects include but are not limited to the following:

• Replaced all electrical breakers and an apartment complex in Beaumont.
• Added ceiling fans to 94 apartment units.
• Added front and rear storm doors to an entire apartment complex in Beaumont.
• Repaired structural damaged done by automobile crashes into apartments.
• Repaired and remodeled apartment units damaged by fire
• Apartment Make Ready's - these are repairs, paint and make ready for tenants
• Replaced A/C units in HUD homes.
