Procedure:

• Procedure:

  • Every team member needs two post-it notes or index cards

  • Write two questions (relationship building) that will help you to learn more about your peers- one question per post-it note:

    • Sample Questions:

      1. If you had a theme song for when you walked in the room, what would it be?

      2. If you could spend the day with anyone from the past or present, who would it be?

      3. What is your favorite movie of all time?

(Teams should have 8 questions in total)

• • All questions should be put in one pile

  • Each team member will have 45 seconds to answer the questions- the person answering questions should remain standing for the full 45 seconds.

  • When the timer goes off, the next team member will answer the questions.

  • Randomly select which number will go first.
