After Sincere and Wing On, Lam Woo & Company went on to build the Sun Sun Department Store 新新 in Nanjing Road East c.1919. Out of 'The Big Four' department stores in Shanghai and in fact China of the period, three were built by Lam Woo, except the fourth one, the Dah Sun 大新.
The building is now the Shanghai First Food Hall.
