Our brotherhood works at excelling in the concepts of servant leadership. We hope to give brothers the ability to better enhance their self-awareness, relationship development, task management, creative visioning, effective communication, community engagement, intercultural competence, and ethical decision making. These concepts align alongside UNCG's motto "service" within leadership.
Our Phi-Theta Zeta brothers received the Fraternity & Sorority Life award of leadership for the 2019-2020 school year, along with our former president Jake Papier receiving the 2019-2020 Fraternity Man of the Year award.

We are constantly working at reaching out and learning more about other organizations to give back. Our calendar is filled with events from organizations such as our national philanthropy Feeding America, SPCA of the Triad, Movember Foundation, One Love Foundation, and the Special Olympics.
