This is Lyon Air Museum's Redbird TD2 simulator. This simulator has been approved by the FAA to meet the logging of certain instrument training. It can also be used for training in other areas.

Configuration: TD2 BASIC-Standard - Single Engine, Land, Optional Fixed or Retractable Gear, Optional Fixed Pitch or Constant Speed Propeller, Optional High Performance, High Wing Aircraft. It can simulate a Cessna 172 or 182 aircraft.

This simulator uses Microsoft Simulator X as its base for simulation and can be used for basic training in many different types of aircraft.
