TLDR: best cinnamon rolls in Dipolog if you like them soft and gooey. Actually some of the best I've had in the world.
Friends in Dipolog recommended this restaurant specifically for the cinnamon rolls. I had to try them. I think the place is a little hard to find as I drove past it dozens of times while visiting friends and family. It sits 10 meters from the road. Look out for what I describe as a guard tower for a residential area. I think a bigger sign by the road would help. The place itself is modern, nicely lit and clean. Staff were helpful as I walked in. I asked for 3 cinnamon rolls to go but I was told they are only available as a round, about 7 rolls. I agreed. I could always share. The staff heated up the rolls for a few minutes and handed me a very nice white box that was tied with ribbon. Fancy. I took the warm box and went on my way. The cinnamon rolls were a bit steamy with semi melted icing. I slowly pulled a roll off noting how soft it is. Surprising compared to what I've had around here. It's very gooey with soft internal dough, a sugar cinnamon mixture that had a crumbly yet moist texture interspersed with nuts. The icing was just the right amount of sweetness. 2 bites in and I didn't want to share any of it! For Americans, think Cinnabon style, but I much like this better. You can tell it's not mass produced. Give it a try. I assume the rest of the food is good too, I'll eat there the next time I'm around.

I ordered the mango lemonade which has the right amount of sweetness and fresh fruit flavor. I would give their spicy panini a two thumbs up because of the meatiness, cheesyness and a hint of spice after every bite coupled with their special dip. I highly recommend this and would definitely order again. I did not finish my cinnamon roll but the taste is okay.
Love the ambience and availability of wifi connection.

I rarely make reviews of the restos we often visit as I am more of a “story” girl but I will make an exception.
Since our first visit last Saturday, we have visited Lalco’s thrice (?) and so far, on every visit, it feels like a family is welcoming us.
The food is excellent. One, if not our most favorite, is their pizza. The dough is just right, and the toppings are top quality. I don’t even want to talk about their CINNAMON ROLLS because I’m the one who’s late to the cinnamon roll party.
Today, we ordered a take-out lunch. It took us a while to consume it but the quality of the dough and bread didn’t diminish. We ordered the Veggie Panini for the first time and it definitely replaced Four Cheese pizza as my top favorite from Lalco’s!
It’s quickly becoming our favorite resto in Dipolog.
Highly recommended.

I’ve been to a lot of cafe’s here in the city but nothing beats Lalcos Delights. It’s my food haven and an escape from the busy and noisy honks at the streets. If you want to indulge yourselves to sweets and savory dishes, Lalcos is the BEST place for you. Their cinnamon rolls are my favorite pastry paired with fresh frozen lemonade is the best combo
I highly reco this cafe not just about their food but also their staff are friendly and very accommodating! :>>
Its really a 10/10 for me Kudos to Lalcos Delights!
