Lalcos Delights Cafe is a homegrown culinary gem founded by Chef Leslie, a Culinary Arts graduate with an unwavering passion for crafting exceptional, artisan-made dishes. Originally from Imus, Cavite, Chef Leslie brought her love for food and craftsmanship back to Dipolog City, where she turned her dream into a reality.

What began in 2021 as a home-based online venture—featuring beloved cinnamon rolls, artisan pizzas, and indulgent cheesecakes—has since grown into a cherished local brand. In January 2023, Lalcos officially opened its first physical store, a cozy coffee shop, which soon evolved into a full-service restaurant by March 2023. Today, Lalcos is known for its creative fusion of local Filipino favorites, signature back ribs, decadent pastries, and artisan-crafted meals, providing a dining experience that is both unique and memorable.
