Company’s human rights policy establishes a foundation for managing our business anywhere in accordance with these high standards. The company is committed to working with and encouraging our suppliers to uphold the principles in this policy and to adopt similar policies within their business.
The policy focuses on developing open and inclusive workplace based on human rights and includes the following:-

· No discrimination on the basis of cast, creed, sex and religion etc.
At LEI, it is every employee’s responsibility to maintain a work environment that reflects respect and free of all discrimination and harassment. If any employee believes that someone is violating the Human Rights Policy or the law, they are asked to report it immediately to their manager or Plant Head.
Age above 18 years shall be ensured at time of recruitment of any new employee or contract worker in LEI. Under no circumstances, any employee shall be forced to deposit any of their original documents like testimonials, passport etc.
The Head HR with support of Company Director is responsible for implementation of this policy for assuring compliance with it.
