CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

Every employee of LAKSHYA ENTERPRISES INDIA (LEI) shall deal on behalf of the company with professionalism, honesty, integrity as well as high moral and ethical standards. Such conducts shall be fair and transparent.

Every employee of LEI Should not be discriminate in any aspect of employment on the basis of religion, gender, cast, region etc.

ETHICS ESCALATION / WHISTLE BLOWING POLICY

Every employee of LAKSHYA ENTERPRISES INDIA (LEI) shall be responsible for the implementation of and compliance with code in his / her professional environment. Failure to adhere to the code would attract the most serve consequences including termination of employment.

Fraud dishonesty, criminal conduct or violent activity is prohibited by the organisation. If fraud, dishonesty, criminal conduct or any violent activity is detected or suspected of the employee, it should be reported to the company’s designed member of senior management. The company prohibits retribution of any kind against person who report suspected wrong doing in good faith.

The Head HR is responsible for implantation of this policy for assuring compliance with it.
