Please also mention any aspect of community life that you would like to participate in such as Events (like yard sales or socials), Communication (like newletters or postings), or Property Upkeep (like the Entrance or Lake Trail), etc.

BENEFITS:

• Cover the cost of cutting/trimming at the main entrance.  ($750/yr)

• Cover the monthly cost of power for five streetlights for safety at key intersections.  ($250/yr)

• Cover the periodic costs of corporate registration and communication such as the newsletters & website.  ($200/yr)

• Cover the occasional cost of special events such as a community yard sale or provision of a dumpster. 

 Note that we incur about $1200 of annual fixed costs before additional benefits can be provided.
