Our Bylaws guide the conduct of the Community Association (originally called "Club") in terms of membership, dues, meetings, and officers. Life happened at a different pace, with different means of communication and somewhat different expectations when the Bylaws were written, so they really need to be updated by a few patient people.
Our perpetual Restrictive Covenants were filed by the developer in eight phases as Lakeshore Heights was built out, but are essentially all the same (Unit 8 is shown below). They are recorded in Hamilton County as law, and constrain what we may and may not do with or on our properties. Enforcement is delegated to affected owners so the Community Association helps us work together.
